Intercristo Terms and Conditions of Use

General Use -

Intercristo is a Christian job referral organization designed to assist employers and candidates by facilitating successful employment opportunities and placements.  Intercristo has historically partnered primarily with Christian non-profit organizations, helping them find qualified Christian candidates based upon education, experience and geographic preference.  Intercristo is pleased to announce it is now expanding its services to include a broader base of employers.  Accordingly, employers, rather than Intercristo, will now perform Christianity screening (if they choose) based on the individual employer’s workplace philosophy.  Intercristo users may only access and use this Web Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with Intercristo’s Terms and Conditions of Use. 

Use of the Intercristo Web Site and services constitutes agreement with, and acceptance to be bound by Intercristo’s Terms and Conditions of Use.   Intercristo may revise its Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.  Users are encouraged to revisit the Terms and Conditions of Use periodically to become aware of potential revisions.

Use of Material -

Intercristo’s Web Site’s contents, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other data (“Material”), is the property of Intercristo, its content suppliers or clients. Accordingly, the Material may be protected by state, federal, and/or foreign copyright and trademark laws. Users are required to retain all copyright, trademark, service mark and other proprietary notices on any down-loaded, copied or reproduced material.

Prohibited Uses -

Any fraudulent use of the Intercristo Web Site is legally punishable, morally wrong and against Christian beliefs. Prohibited uses of the Intercristo Web Site include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Selling, reproducing, displaying, distributing or otherwise using Intercristo Material for public or commercial purposes.
  • Intentionally posting incomplete, false or inaccurate information.
  • Posting positions that (a) are, or may be characterized as a franchise or pyramid scheme or (b) constitute a sales representative agency arrangement that requires an up-front or periodic payment.
  • Posting commission-only positions without (a) clearly identifying the position as commission-only and (b) describing the product or services the candidate would be required to sell.
  • Deleting or revising any Material posted by any other user of this Web Site.
  • Using any device, software, or program that may potentially interrupt the normal operations of this Web Site.
  • Undertaking any action that would put an extraneous load on the workings of this Web Site.
  • Using information gathered from this Web Site for non-employment related purposes.

    • Specific to Employers -

    Intercristo grants employers a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use this Web Site only for internal business use in seeking candidates for employment. Intercristo reserves the right to suspend or terminate each employer’s access and use at any time if Intercristo determines there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

    Specific to Job Seekers -

    It is the sole discretion of the hiring employer to determine conditions for employment. Intercristo serves as the conduit between the hiring employer and the job seeker and has no control over the hiring process. Intercristo grants job seekers a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use this Web Site for seeking employment opportunities. Each job seeker’s use of this Web Site is a privilege. Intercristo reserves the right to suspend or terminate each job seeker’s access and use at any time if Intercristo determines there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

    Fees for Service -- Job seekers (All fees in US Dollars)

    There are 3 levels of service Intercristo offers Job Seekers. All are for 60-day subscriptions. All are renewable -

  • Premium (Free) - Post your resume, search for jobs, see job information, apply to jobs through Intercristo. Employer can view your resume.
  • Confidential ($25.00) - Same as Premium, resume is searchable, but your information not viewable until you release it.
  • Resume Mover ($20.00) - Use with Premium or Confidential Resume. Floats your resume to the top of Employer searches matching your skills, experience, and abilities
  • Private ($35.00) - Same as Confidential, except resume not searchable.

    Fees for Service -- Employers (All fees in US Dollars)

    There are 4 levels of service Intercristo offers Employers. All are 60-day subscriptions. All are renewable Contact us for Non-Profit pricing and qualifications -

  • Basic ($125/job) - Post Job Discounts for listing 5+ jobs.
  • Starting at Premium ($165/job) - Post Job, manually search for resumes - Discounts for listing 5+ jobs.
  • Starting at Premium Plus ($185/job) - Post Job, manually search for resumes, set agents to automatically search
  • Starting at Top Job ($250/job) - Same as Premium with Job blasted every 20-days to job seekers.

    No Guaranty of Results - Refund Policy

    Intercristo is not an employment agency or recruiting firm. Intercristo makes no representations or guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of this Web Site in meeting the employment objectives of Users. You also agree all fees paid to Intercristo are non-refundable. If any refunds are issued, you agree it is at Intercristo's sole discretion.

    User Information -

    Users will be asked to provide certain information to facilitate use of this Web Site, including a valid e-mail address. Users may register with this Web Site without a valid e-mail address. However, registering without an e-mail address will preclude Users from enjoying the full benefit of Intercristo’s services.
    The best access of this Web Site may be gained by setting browsers to JavaScript enabled. (Default setting for most browsers).

    Registration and password

    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords and private information, and are accountable for all uses of their individual registrations, including unauthorized uses. Users agree to notify Intercristo immediately of any unauthorized use of their registration or password.

    Limitation of Liability -

    Users assume all risks associated with the use of this Web Site, including, but not limited to: loss, harm or damage caused by service errors, other users, Intercristo employees & agents, computer viruses, mechanical failures or any other harmful mechanisms. In the event any portion of Intercristo’s Limitation of Liability provision is found unenforceable for any reason, Intercristo’s maximum liability for damages shall be no more than $200.00, US in the aggregate or for service amounts paid by User, which ever greater.
